Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

How to initiate a return:
Email us at hello@snapcook.store  with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged, email us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
